That looks delicious Shamim! Do you think it will taste nice if I substituted beef with lamb? It’s funny you mentioned eating ketchup with your curries I also did the same as a child and still do at times lol. Old habits die hard!😉
Hi Sanjana! About the lamb, it would taste really good. I would slightly alter the recipe and add 1 Tsp of cumin powder and A few sticks of cinnamon, 2-3 cloves and one 2 green cardamoms. Because of the intensity of the lamb a little bit spice is welcome. Thanks for the great question 🙂
